In general or my above shitty cover ? Lol

In any case, thanks sailor. Been a fun few months

Hoping to knock out about 6 more tunes in the next few weeks
In your vocals I meant. Can your wife play bass?
Heavens no. She's also the most tone deaf human on the planet.

Little fun teaser video (As if people care!) made by a buddy who is helping out with fun visuals and what not.

Perhaps Lanegan and Tom Waits got together for a late night bang

Its weird being a fan of your own stuff but im really digging this one. Kind of just sat down to riff away and ended up with a song. There's even some flute!

Love the bones of it. Very cool riff. The cymbals and vocals are tinny as hell though. You got Trag on speed dial, right? Get that fixed up.

I'm honest because I love you.

Yea I absolutely suck with vocals and drums.

I'm assuming our actual producer will make it sound legit. I've lost my steam on it.

I was also messing with some bitch vig vocal plugins and adding some BG distortion on some of them.

But I'm truly at a loss with most things mixing myself

Don't give up on production. And don't be afraid of compression. Albini (and Trag by extension) will shit on it, but a little bit of compression will bring those harsh frequencies down. You don't have to squash it into a fat band, but the extremities are a little bit prevalent right now. You've got this.

Killer guitar part, though. I'm getting some No Code PJ from that bad boy. I might be way off, but that's the feeling I got from it.

I play fretless these days. Not cool Jeff Ament fretless, either. Tape wound mwah fretless. I'm basically a douche bag in both my posting and my playing. If you want that, then hell yeah.

Someone else told me yield vibes.

I'll take either!

The first guitar solo was probably the first solo I actually ever "wrote" and pieced together. S I'm a fan of that one. Usually I just grip it and rip it like a good bro
