Taught as part of a full day immersion/fundraiser for the Africa Yoga project. I had the early morning class so it wasn't a massive turnout but fun nonetheless! This is why I do yoga. hot chicks.

I've noticed an uptick in word salad since I started doing more planking and downward dog. At first I thought it was an aneurysm or a something. But now I get it.

Im teaching Snowga this weekend for "Pink Vail". Its yoga outside in the snow. Well, on a deck on top of the mountain whilst everyone is in their ski gear. I signed up for teaching hot yoga chicks in tight clothing, not ski gear.
