Listening to the new episodes. His first monologue was a full 20 minutes, damn. I agreed with most of what he said until he started saying Beyond the Lights had no ideological message and that most movies are just meant to entertain.

I hope he addresses why it was switched back to a free podcast on today's or next Monday's episode. I actually signed up and paid for it last month and got an email the other day saying it was being made free and my $7.50 was refunded. I was only about 2 days away from when it was set to bill again, so I'm pretty surprised that they refunded me the whole amount.
Either way, love B.E.E. and love the podcast. I never listened last year, so I've been going back and binging them for the last month.

This final section of this Alex Ross Perry conversation is getting on my nerves.

Molly Ringwald seems really cool. Like someone I'd want to hang out with.

Really enjoyed the Jason Blum episode. As usual, I agreed with just about everything BEE said.

I missed the Kevin Smith one somehow. It's a good one. I'm surprised two people that can't shut up make such great conversation.

Oh, yikes - BEE just said some pretty loathsome, ignorant stuff about child molestation in the Jonathan Ames episode. Just...yikes.

What did he say?
That what Josh Duggar did (you know,
just touching) is only "so-called sexual abuse" and calling it that cheapens the experience of people he knows who were
really abused because they were "actually being fucked."
I mean, Jesus, I can't, just...
