Binaural's fine as is, and Puzzles and Games is pretty damn overrated. It's a nice chorus wrapped inside half a song.

Soon Forget? Evacuation? Light Years?

Bump them for In The Moonlight, Education, Sad, and Puzzle & Games, and Binaural just may be the best PJ album.
Light years? :gomez:

If you wanna do anything keep everything, add In the moonlight, sad, fatal and education. Double album of awesome. Screw puzzle and games. Fiiine, I'll give you evacuation as a bside.

I think I'm the only person who likes soon forget.

Talking about alternate universes, you know what would have been sexy? a circa 96 ep featuring I got Shit, long road, parting ways, of the girl and dead man. Binaural would have been poorer for it though.
I like Soon Forget, and Light Years, and Evacuation.
Me too. And Soon Forget.

I like both P&G, and LY. I guess I wish they would have kept a little more P&G in Light Years. I like the looser feel to P&G, and I like the ending better. The intensity around the 3:40ish mark to the 4:20ish mark is what I'm talking about. I miss that a lot in Light Years. I also really like Matt's snare beat starting around the 35 second mark. It's not Jack Irons on No Code good, but it's pretty nice, and I'd like to hear Matt do that more with Pearl Jam. He should have done something similar on Speed Of Sound.

Oh man, Light Years is one of my absolute favorite Pearl Jam songs. It hurts me to see it being mentioned as one of the weaker songs on Binaural.

My volume adjusted, noise-removed, version may change your mind. I love this tune. Even if it's not really a finished work and is not complete lyrically.

Nice work. I love it too. And, glad we have both songs to listen to.

Isn't this a fucking No Code thread?

Anyways...No Code is greater than any Pearl Jam album that's followed it.

Seconded. I don't understand any of the Puzzles & Games enthusiasm.

And Light Years is fantastic.

Light Years is...okay, I guess.

The best bit of the song is the part they kept from Puzzles & Games, the instrumental bridge.
