For a throwaway later era stones song, I really like "Out Of Control"

not sure about the aussie leg, but during the us leg earlier this year, they'd put up five songs or so on their website a couple days before each show and the one with the most votes would be played.
Yes, this was the case here too.

I'm much more of a Stones person than a Beatles person. This probably belongs in unpopular opinions section as well. Dig both but I listen to the Stones way more.
Whoever brought up Dead Flowers and Sympathy.....

Joey, why are you posting that Caravaggio shot everywhere? Is it because you think Dexter Fletcher looks like Mick Jagger?

Mine too. It, and Beggars and the ones I go back and listen to the most. Really though, their early singles, then the mid sixties through mid 70's run is all pretty damn impressive.
One of my personal favorite songs, is from Beggars. I may even through this out there as best Stones song:

I don't know what could possibly be on it, as they pretty much plundered the Sticky tapes for the Exile reissue. Perhaps they are going to go back as far as the Beggar's sessions, as the original album did. There is certainly enough leftover stuff if they go back that far. There are also some mutli-tracked live shows that they might use to flesh it out.

I've always loved Dear Doctor. I spin the Stones more than any other band.

I see what you did there.
Right after, they go into the best version of Sympathy for the Devil I've ever heard.

As I've said before, go to a sleazy bar that has "Exile On Main Street" on the jukebox, play the whole album with the volume turned all the way up, get drunk off your ass and take in the whole experience...at least once in your life. Otherwise you don't know shit about rock & roll.

Ya Ya's is sort of my go-to stones. A fun record to play along with on guitar when I was learning. I guess it's overdubbed a bunch, but they sound so tough and badass.

So true.
"If the Rolling Stones released “Brown Sugar” today, no matter how quickly they wrote the song, the backlash would be instant. Twitter would lampoon them with carefully thought out hashtags. Multiple Change.org petitions would be signed. The band would be forced to issue an apology."
My go to live Stones is Brussells Affair. Studio is predictably SF, LiB, EoMS or SG. Those fours albums are just mindblowing.
