The deadite trailer fight at the end of episode 1 was great as a welcome back, but it would have worn thin if it was every scene

Seriously, I wish every scene of every episode were like the lightbulb scene and the drunken summoning scene and the killer doll scene

And Ash stops caring about anyone else and winds up becoming lord of the apocalypse, living in a huge mansion with servants and shit

The possessed doll scene was my least favorite bit in the first three episodes. It felt like I've seen it before.

Bottom line: I want Ash to be an unlikable joke who gets hurt a lot

Same here. I loved the light bulbs bit though.

The best part of the doll fight was Pablo's reaction

Ivan Raimi works at the hospital 5 minutes from my house. Would you like me to deliver your notes, LV?

I'll head over in 10 minutes (I have to go fake an injury first) let me know if you think of anything else you want changed for season 2.

Chap 3 was the worst one...Still, i love this series so far. I love how imaginative and weird and cool it is. And Bruce fuckin Campbell owns this...

Each episode has been worse than the last. It pains me to say this, but I am really not feeling good about this show at this point.

I liked it. I think the show has been great. But this episode didn't leave as much space for banter, and the banter was a notch below. The slow unfolding of the shoes mythology has been unexpectedly good

The idea of the Jacksonville sequence was funny, but the execution was pretty abysmal.
