:D I'd listen from outside the venue. I listened to Jimmy Buffet one year when I lived at Grace and Lake Shore. Just walked over a flew blocks and it wasn't too bad.

Dont think I care to put aside $500 some bucks for the potential of getting tickets.
I have a feeling it's going to be like 1995 and Soldier Field again in terms of getting tickets.
anyone know if they will announce who has gotten fan club tickets before the general sale? thats my only real worry about this new ticket process, if they wait to tell you after the general sale and you strike out all together
I think we find out in a week, 1/30, I remember reading somewhere.

Hey, at least our state voted the right way again, hopefully that helps our chances :P
Yeah I think Atlanta this past summer was the closest they'll get to me for a long time, if ever again.

I've got a good feeling about this tour. I think DC, Raleigh/Charlotte, West Palm Beach will all get shows.

I'm also hoping they get a little more unpredictable and go back to Red Rocks for a 2 night run.

I love it, but... that lotto would be impossible. It would be worse than MSG.

Yeah, I think I'd rather waste 8 hours with a server crashing vs the lotto. At least the day the tickets go on sale I KNOW, for certain, what shows I'll be at.

this is wrong. it's $452 for all 3 PAIRS of seats. But since we only get one pair, it's closer to $80 a seat, which ain't bad.

I don't know if it is close to you at all, but i would love to see them in Columbia sc again. Its a 4+ hour drive for us, but that's not terrible, we will just have to spend the night before heading home

Curious, but why didn't you do Chicago upper? Unless you have a really decent 10C number, chances are you won't be all that close to the stage with the Chicago lower, given how many lowers they'll have to reserve for the general sale. And in that case, the uppers will definitely be better seats (WAY better sight lines). The Box seats are the first 5 rows of the uppers.

Yeah, that's not awful but still not amazing by any means.

I am pretty much banking on getting someone's "extra" GA ticket. I was able to jump a section and 12 rows closer in Missoula just by drinking in the lot with people. That and I have never won the lotto, so I don't have high hopes.

Oh come on. At this stage in their careers for a show at Wrigley Field, $80 for the best seats in the house is pretty damn good.

Saw Springsteen there and on-the-field seats were $100, so I'd say that's about right.

Do they announce your lottery win/loss before tix go on sale to the general public via Ticketmaster? Because if not, that would be 1000% shitty
