I preordered in August 2016. Book will be released September 2018.

Maybe we should just make our own #11 while we're at it.
This thought appeals to me. I'm positive we could do a better job at this point. Surely we have more passion for it.

When this book finally comes out, 10C is going to sell it for 3X what I paid with a commemorative bookmark. I won't regret my purchase.
