if you dont have an egg pricker a safety pin will work fine..you're at sea level so no more than 5 minutes in boiling water..add salt to the water obviously...push the pin through the wide end of the egg and immerse in boiling water

get the water boiling then put the egg in for no more than 5 minutes after you've punctured the fat end..then let it cool for a few

Sometimes a runny yolk can be the clinching piece to a great meal. Other times, just the mere thought of a runny yolk, can induce dry heaving.

I went to a local coffee shop called South Coast Roast, and had an egg and bacon bagel. The scrambled egg was the best I'd ever eaten outside my house, I think. Nice, slightly underdone, soft and loose scrambled eggs. Yum.
