Because it seems like an arbitrary limitation that could frustratingly wall off songs people might want. But it would really only matter if we were still doing 10 songs, which I hope is not the case.

How about 8 rounds with no limit from albums?

My war room is buzzing. Playing "Froggie Went A Courtin'" on repeat for the next 72 hours.

Listening to 'The River', followed by 'Nebraska' is quite the contrast.

I would definitely not vote for your team if you had ATW on it. Gross!durdencommatyler wrote:There's always a tendency or a risk of playing the crowd in these kinds of tournaments. Maybe you'll take a song you know is popular with the greater community instead of a personal favorite that you know is less popular just to get the votes later. Like I love Amongst the Waves but I'm not gonna draft it in a PJ tournament because everyone here hates it so much. It'll hurt my team!
What's great about this one is that I have no idea what songs are RM favorites in Bruce's canon. I'm just gonna go with my heart the entire time and hope for the best. There's no way to hedge my team this time. I kinda like that. Takes some of the pressure off.
Back to Bruce, I'm doing what you're doing. Going with my heart. I'm taking a crash coarse via Spotify and writing down what I like from each album I'm listening to. So far I've listened to The River and Nebraska in their entirety, plus a few random selections here and there (mainly the Seeger sessions with the randomness).
Right now I'm listening to Greetings From Asbury Park. Next, I'll probably skip ahead to Tunnel Of Love. Need to revisit Darkness too, it's been awhile since I listened to the whole thing.
