Though I did open a 2020 Cotes de Brouilly earlier today instead of a nouveau. We tasted it as a staff in solidarity with trag's refined sensibilities.

had a delicious swiss white yesterday. nice and dry, clean, crisp. a tiny bit of oak but not too strong

my wife and I had a Sideways movie thing last night..we ordered cheeseburgers and fries from Dicks drive in and opened a downed a nice bottle of Bordeaux..good times

I’ve found that mid strength/light wines are done pretty well here in Oz. A nice option if you don’t want a headache the next day.
