I think she's dead. I thought he was trying to find the Gamora of the present, the one who kicked him in the balls.B wrote:Unknown. Starlord was trying to find her at the end, but his computer just said "Searching ..."JuanHamm wrote:So what happened to the Gamora from the past?
stip wrote:It is insane how much money this move made. It beat the domestic record by like a third and I think almost doubled the international record (although had infinity war opened in China at the same time that number would have been higher). It'll be interesting to see what kind of repeat business this gets. I think it's a better movie than infinity war, but it's probably less rewatchable.
Having said that, I'm going with my wife on Thursday, so that'll be 3 times in one week. Not sure I'll see it again in theaters after that, though.
I agree. I’ll see it again in a year or so, and probably a third time a few years from now.VinylGuy wrote:You already saw it 3 times??
Fuuuck, thats a lot!!
Im ok with a single view.
Present Gamora is DEFINITELY dead, but I don't know if Starlord knows that, and if they really wanted past Gamora to be gone, they'dve shown her dusting. I think Fiege hasn't decided if he wants her dead or not.surfndestroy wrote:I think she's dead. She was in there with Adam Warlock and others in the comic.dimejinky99 wrote:She’s in the soul stone I thought?
So maybe she gets released when thanos crushes them. And she’s out there somewhere
I would hesitate to say that's a screenshot from the film, more likely a screenshot from a cam of the film.Monkey_Driven wrote:The CGI in that screenshot looks like a YA novel cover.bune wrote:B wrote:Apparently, Howard the Duck is in that final battle.
I saw...somewhere...that the Ravegers show up and I was like nope didn't see them so the second time I looked for them. That scene, literally at that moment, is where I saw them. Missed Howard though.

That scene was epic.stip wrote:the final battle felt very stylized, at least by MCU standards
There is a really great distance shot as cap stands alone against the assembled might of Thanos right before Falcon comes in. I missed it the first time out.
I had the same thought. It would be fun. I want the Surfer in this, Fantastic Four, GotG, his own movie. Everywhere!!!wease wrote:Fun thought:
So, in the post-Endgame MCU, we have Hulk, Dr Strange and Valkyrie. Marvel just got the rights to the Silver Surfer and Namor was possibly mentioned in Endgame. Since Marvel doesn’t seem to have any interest in or can’t do anything with the TV Defenders, how about bringing in the real non-team?
They’ve already been represented. The Eternals are coming.CopperTom wrote:I had the same thought. It would be fun. I want the Surfer in this, Fantastic Four, GotG, his own movie. Everywhere!!!wease wrote:Fun thought:

In all seriousness, SS has interacted with so many heroes, villains, and groups - he needs to be the glue of future phases of the MCU. Completely CGI so if the voice actor gets sick of the character, he’s replaced and the SS keeps moving forward. He doesn’t need an origin story movie, he doesn’t need to trapped on earth movie (but he probably will in a FF movie), he needs to be out there traveling between galaxies. Small roles in many of these movie. The Elders are coming (aren’t they?).
Only The Collector has been on screen, correct? I thought The Elders were slated to serve as villains in a future MCU phase.wease wrote:They’ve already been represented.
