I was following this all week not as a news story, but as a hilarious dumpster fire happening in my home town.

It was incredible. It went for three days, during which time Lindell went from being a firebrand who skipped lunch to lecture and vowed to never leave the stage, to being informed of a lawsuit in front of his audience, to sitting by while one of his guest speakers tried to reach their lawyer midspeech after learning that the data they were sharing might not have been legally obtained, to shuffling miserably away only to come back and beg news agencies to “start reporting and stop fact checking this,” to what you see in dime’s video.

It was as close as we’ll ever get again to watching Rudy Giuliani melt in front of a dildo shop.
