I think he would have cleaned up and cut his hair. He'd probably be hosting a podcast.

Somehow hadn't seen this before.

Kind of notable that it was filmed around the day of what ended up being the penultimate Nirvana show (some footage of which is included), and of course Kurt put himself into a coma in Rome only a few days later (as noted in the presenter's intro) and was dead within weeks.
