Bad Hair Day is his 9th album. And it comes 13 years into his career. He has only recorded 5 albums since. 5 albums in 11 years.

To someone like me, who has been listening to him since I was 5, yeah, it's his later stuff.
His career path is eerily similar to Pearl Jam.
How soon can we expect a joint tour?

Depends, if it's financially beneficial to both of them, soon probably.

I think an Ed/Al joint tour is more likely. Less overhead.

An evening with "Weird Al" and "Wealthy Eddie."

But Al's shows are fairly expensive, no? I mean it's all spectacle.

Wealthy Ed is gonna teach him that you don't need all the bells and whistles.

Al all acoustic? I'd be into that.

It would all depend on the extras/easter eggs. If I can Weird Al doing Cornell's parts on Hunger Strike, or maybe even Eddie doing the chorus on a few Weird Al songs, then absolutely.

"Gee Wealthy Ed, I wish I made more money touring."

"The problem is you've got this whole big production, Weird Al. Other musicians, props, lights. That's cutting into your profit."

"What do I do about it, Wealthy Ed?"

"Just sit on a stool next to a Corona case for two hours while people yell things."

"You're so wise, Wealthy Ed."

Can one of the more talented RMers make it so that they're both competing for the same dollar bill? And then we can print up t-shirts.

Or even just get the eddie one to say "Wealthy" Eddie Vedder like the "Weird" Al one.

I'm not gonna lie, if Ed started wearing a gold suit with dollar bill signs all over it and billing himself as "Wealthy Ed" I would probably make it a point to go to a solo show.

In alot of ways, it would be more Neil Young than anything he or the band have done in 10+ years

Does Weird Al have any songs about being rich? He's got to, right?
