based on the phone leak Won't Tell and Upper Hand was probably the slowest part of the record for me. I am looking forward to hearing them as they are meant to be heard.

Helll of alot of compression! Could it be from the Rip? Gigaton kinda took care of that problem…are we there again?
Has to just be from the rip. No way
I've never ripped music from a CD in my life...Can you typically change the gain when doing that?

Alternatively, if this is done using internal routing -- like sending a streaming link to a DAW -- that is very easy to screw up if you don't know what you're doing.
wen brickwall haterz version

Only had time to run through it once and then had to turn attention back to work for a while. But I sure popped a smile at a bunch of different moments.

No, there's (generally) no easy way to add additional gain when ripping a CD.

I think this is just what the album sounds like, for better or worse.

Only one listen in so i cant tell if i like this more than Gigaton but the fact that that even seems like a possibility is a gift.
This is me.

I already had Running at four stars, and I think the way it slots in on the album solidifies it for me.

I am in the same boat. Long, long time lurker...rare poster. Any links would be wonderful. MY Pre-Order is not going to arrive any time soon.

This underscores just how bad the version I heard at the theatre last night was. There was a lot of stuff missing.

I am going to love playing the shit out of this.

Well its definitely for worse. Seems like such an easy thing to avoid and only would result if the goal is simply to be loud.

It'll actually be a 7" RSD exclusive, guitars only featuring Andrew Watt, Josh Klinghoffer and Marc VanGool.
