SpaceX is private and working with NASA, which has a small budget relative to other federal programs. Scientific discoveries and progress is a lot more important than idiots fighting over whether a legitimate election is illegitimate or not.

All space flight is risky and the scientists and astronauts know the risk. The tragedies have meaning and are built upon to make these endeavors safer.

But we have idiots throughout the country that can’t mask up and social distance because it’s oppressive. And we have people dying because of these failures to exhibit an iota of decency and responsibility. So these hundreds of thousands of deaths are in vain because no one cares.

No it's not even close. And I'm not just talking about videos. I've been too a few of these in person. In fact I've never seen a right winger throw the first punch in person at one of these things, but I have seen plenty of lefties do that, including brick people in the back of the head for wearing an American flag shirt. Obviously counter examples exist, but it's not remotely close to even in my opinion.

Do we have any examples of Biden rallies where attendees have to run a gauntlet of counter protesters that assault them? This shit has been standard at Trump rallies in Blue areas since 2016. Weirdly the cops never seem to attempt to keep the groups separate and normally force the Trump side into this situation.

The left had a few events that they can spin into being the truly aggrieved party, sure.
