Tillerson is gone (and maybe knew that when he condemned Russia yesterday), replaced by Pompeo. We’re losing a lamb and gaining a warmonger.

John McEnree is gone, too, but is a subject that offers less to speculate about.

Tillerson will be remembered for dismantling the state department and for being Secretary of State at a time when decision after decision after decision was being made to degrade American influence abroad, but like Gary Cohn he will probably be remembered as one of the few brakes that slowed the Trump shitshow...until now.
