Finished up the most recent season of "From" last night. Some good stuff centering around the dangers and challenges getting progressively worse vs. many shows that would let up on the gas pedal and let the characters catch their breath. It feels more tense that way. But the dialogue and acting are not great, and it pisses me off to no end that the characters don't really talk to each other in any meaningful way that might help them figure things out.

I am enjoying From - although i do hope that they have an end-game in sight. I do like Harold Perrineau and his character

We started the new Netflix show, No Good Deed, last night. Ray Romano and Lisa Kudrow are the leads. Three eps in and it’s been a fun ride so far. Dennis Leary is in it. Linda Lavin. And god bless Linda Cardellini. It’s by the same woman that did Dead To Me.

Recommended.

We started the Mike Douglas show about Ben Franklin’s time in France during the American Revolution. So much French and subtitles.

Papa Wease was raving about this one. We’ve still not started it.

I started having a hard time telling apart all the French guys in the same powdered wigs.

This got better once I realized Franklin was charming, enjoyed an evening libation, had long salt and pepper hair, and a lot of gout… so I just started pretending it was doug rr.
