I’ve listened to the crying baby leak for the past few days and i love the record so far. I think Setting Sun is my favorite at the moment and it reminds me a little of Hard to Imagine the way it builds in the second half of the song.

Haven't posted so long I think they cancelled me a while back, but you might remember some of my snarky comments from 15 years ago....anywho. I am dying to get this link....I had tickets for the Raleigh Six Forks Theatre show but couldn't go because of work. Can someone hook me up with a link to the leak so I can listen while I Door Dash tonight? Pretty please?

Thanks so much!
Really loving all the insight and reviews. So much knowledge in the forum, not just about PJ, but about music in general and even production aspect. Trying to keep up with all the new posts and check out some of the older threads.

I've been giving to everyone, it's good PR for RM.
I live to serve. I refuse to listen to this thing until every single man, woman and child is satisfied.
RM is the center of the universe today.
I always talk up the board in real life

Long time lurker and first time posting. I would appreciate any help from the Jamily.
I’ve spent 30 years supporting this band financially and physically.
I deserve some sympathy from you guys. Thanks in advance

I usually like the atmos stuff, however, in the shit cinema session at least, there were alot of bells and whistles that become more inside the song with stereo, making it less…poppy…some effects on eds voice, that on a first listen seemed to be there to mask something, what I hear now is that there isnt really anything to mask…the guy sings the shit out this record. Lets see how the atmos mic deals with all of that, if its just some echoes like in Dark Matter (song), ok…some of the keys i hope are also inside the song and less above it.

Anyway I listened to it once properly:
Sacred of Fear - Alright song but good bridge which saves it.
Reach, Respond - Can't stand chorus. Pretty boring and generic song.
Wreckage - Good song, slightly too long.
Dark Matter - Good song, real meaty tune.
Won't Tell - For some reason this song sounds louder than the previous. All a bit meh but again song saved a bit with the ending phase.
Upper Hand - Didnt really get into sucked anything here. Also it sounds bit too much and forced.
Waiting for Stevie - Fairly good, can't imagine EV pulling this off live
Running - Intro is nice but went into Running unfortunately. If it wasn't for the fantastic bridge at the end this would be as bad as React. A common theme with recent records.
Something Special - Actually alright
Got to Give - Quite Alright
Setting Sun - Verse melody sucks, chorus is good. Thought it would go somewhere great but bit of a flop.
Feels like a lot of the solos are in there for the hell of it and just in a part of the song that doesn't feel natural. Also too much EV everywhere. It's a too busy record.
Not sure what, but record feels like it's missing something, hasn't quite hit the spot for me off the mark, all a bit playing for the sake of it, not sure. I'm not super inclined to listen again. Most importantly it's way better than Gigaton.

Longtime follower (see signature), rare recent poster… helped share the love with the Avocado leaks and the LB leaks in 2013. Would love some help with the DM leak if you could be so kind.
