I’ve heard it’s hard on barrels and bolts (and armor), but I haven’t delved into the specifics.

I don't think its very effective against armor. Its not particularly hard steel. It'd have to be carbide or tungsten or molybdenum to be effective against armor.

I read that with III and III+, 193 was good at one and 855 was good at another, and 855A1 was good at both, but I dunno.

Basically: They are alleging that more people voted than actually reside in "X,Y, z" of Michigan but they were matching the numbers to towns in Minnesota.

Yep. The first count hadn't been certified yet. The deadline for that was today. Trump had to wait until it was certified before he could ask for a recount.
