We used a very similar setup in my work league. It's fine, but the guy that stays up front and sticks the names on the board is funny for the first round or two and then keeps telling the same jokes.

The guy I'm up against this week in the Arrowhead East Chiefs Fantasy League has Brady AND Gronk and also Markus Wheaton. He's already beating me 69 to 16.
Only plus side is he's down 3 players and I've only played 1 so far. So....
