im pretty sure i listen to whatever it leaks for the same reason. Havent done it with backspacer but did it with ST because of it..

Backspacer was the only album that I managed to hold out for completely until the official release. Although I was proud of my effort, in retrospect, it didn't make the album any better by waiting to listen to it. In fact, it's probably my least favorite album. I listened to the leaks for Riot Act and S/T and, although at the time I was disappointed that I couldn't hold out for the official releases, those are by far more cherished albums for me than Backspacer. So, in other words, hell yea... I would listen to these demos.

I don't buy the demo rumors, but if this incubus guy is playing strings that is good news. Do we know this is true?

It would be great if they just self released it and spared us some sort of Target/traditional release and all the standard hoops to jump through that go along with that.
