I'm watching this show out of habit at this point. It's the new Dexter for me.

Since Negan will only be seen in the last ep of the season, I"m betting he offs one of the long timers to end out Season 6.

Yeah. They managed to find a love interest for the lesbian that is just as bad at acting. It's amazing.

Not reading anything in this thread, just stopped by to say that I bought S01 of this the other day and have so far watched eps 1 - 4. It's a'ight.

No idea if this has been answered previously, and it probably has, but I do wonder how main actor policeman dude wasn't eaten in the hospital in the first place.

I've never understood the love for Morgan. James is an interesting actor, but the character sucks.

I loved season 1 from the get-go, but you're right they don't quite explain right away why he doesn't get eaten. I don't remember when, but eventually they show a Shane back-story (that's his fellow cop buddy), and you get an idea why Rick stays safe in his hospital room.

You nailed it. Most great shows these days (i.e. GOT) use a season-long built-up approach and totally crush the audience in the last 2-3 eps. TWD has become a 1-up 1-down formula which leaves you scratching your head with inconsistency.
