Thawing some frozen chili so I can make some space in my freezer

Baked chicken breast with some Colby Jack and chipotle sauce on top with Brussels sprouts

I’m not a big fan of the fries either, but I love sweet potatoes

sweat potato fries are about as deceptive as biting into a cookie thinking it's chocolate chip and realizing it's frickin' oatmeal raisin, or a pickle thinking it's dill and finding out it's bread and butter. f that.

sweet potatoes are nature's candy.

that being said, not a fan of sweet potato fries so i get that. sweet potatoes must be enjoyed in their mushiness.

anyway, i made a loaded sweet potatoes the last couple of nights.

sweet potatoes need a bunch of butter and sugar to be even remotely enjoyable
