That is what I did for San Diego. Going to enter at least one other (Baltimore or NYC) but hoping to hear more about what they say is "best available" before I do.

No this guy on reddit never said that tracklist. That was lecherouslittlestump who made that shit up here. This guy on reddit said the name of the single on Friday and that his friend's wife works at spotify and had heard it. He since deleted his post.

For NYC it also highlights which sections they are reserving Fan Club Seats in. So you know which sections you definitely won't get stuck with (like behind the stage, etc).
