Can states sue other states?

Why should Texas care how Georgia or Pennsylvania, etc. run their elections?

Ken Paxton (the Texas AG doing all this dumb shit) is currently under investigation himself, and is probably an actual criminal. Drain the Swamp!

Yes, states can sue other states directly in the Supreme Court.
