Marinate the chicken, with soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper for 15-30 mins.
Scramble 2 eggs and set aside.
After marinating the chicken, sauté it until golden brown.
Sauté a little bit of onion and garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add vegetables (use whatever you like. Here it’s usually carrots, corn, and peas).
When vegetables are soft enough, add rice.
Season it with a little soy sauce, garlic powder, and oyster sauce. Season it to taste.
Lastly, add the scrambled eggs and the chicken.
Garnish with some spring onion.
Then we are done. Enjoy!
You can also add an extra sunny side up egg on top. I like it with a slightly runny yolk.
Can also be vegetarian, or with a second meat (scampi, bacon, ham, etc.)
