Thighs and creamed cabbage

I had the thighs in the oven with 7 minutes left on the timer. I had to run back out to the pharmacy and Mrs Wease was to take them out of the oven. I get back 30 minutes later and the timer is going off. I figure she checked them and they weren’t done yet. So I took them out to discover that was most definitely not the case. The timer had been going off practically the entire time I was gone. One of them has cooked down to the size of a golf ball. If anyone ever tell you thighs can’t be over cooked, tell that person they are decidedly incorrect.

Just butter, salt and pepper for mine. I like sour cream but not really on my baked spuds. I think Mrs W put some on hers tho.
