I'm with you. Trouble is, I vowed not to listen to this until Oct. 17th. My brother is flying home from London so we can listen to the album for the first time together, and then we're going to see PJ play Brooklyn that Fri & Sat.

So, once this thing leaks, and everyone is listening and talking about it, I'll really be in bad shape.

That's pretty much what I'm gonna do. I'll refrain from a leaked version, but if they release another single, I'm all ears. The way I look at it, I've waited 4 years for a PJ album, what's another month?

I'm curious cause I think you and I were both pretty excited for that song, and those reviews haven't changed a thing about that for me. I still think I'm going to find a way to love that song as long as the underlying melody is still there.

Nope. Some people don't like the song in the first place; I love it. Other people don't want it on the record, however good it sounds; I'm happy enough that it's there as I considered it a sketch before. And others don't like pop-folk music -- mention Mumford & Sons and they run a mile. I'll enjoy a folked up version of this song. So unless they balls it up in some other way, I'm still looking forward to it. And I like the idea that it's a sad 'happy uke' song made even happier as a joke.

That's what I was hoping to hear! Ok now back to the Arcade Fire single. I'm probably just as excited for that album as I am for LB. This is going to be a fucking fantastic fall.

Arcade Fire are tons more sophisticated at this point, but I'm still excited for both albums.

Glad to see some of you guys talking about AF, they're one of my absolute favorites. The new song is great. Love hearing Bowie on there.
