Rubio traded to the Jazz for a top 14 protected first round pick.

Jimmy must be bringing in Kyle Lowry. He's already ruining the Wolfies with his alpha bullshit.

Your hate of Butler is amusing.

Give it time. You probably won't hate Butler but you'll be rolling your eyes and wondering how good he really is by November.

An alpha personality is something the Wolves have needed, so I welcome some of that. Also, if he can bring in a guy like Lowry I'm all for it. With Rubio gone the Wolves have around $37M available and lots of roster moves still to make.

He's not a real leader though. It's fake leadery talk. That's it. Pippen even called him on it recently.

Kyle Lowry is not what they need. This isn't a video game.

"The East continues to get worse," a source told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. No shit.

That move makes zero sense. Rubio is good. Flawed, but makes the team better when he's on the court. Teague is an average starter at best.

Celts deal for George was better but no GM wants to dance with Ainge anymore.

What was this supposed deal? Ainge insists that he doesn't just win a trade but crushes the other team. That's the issue.

Jeff Goodman
ESPN Insider
Celtics trade offer for Paul George back at trade deadline, per league source: Brooklyn pick (wound up being No. 1) and 3 other first-rounders.
Celtics offer on draft night for Paul George, per league source, was 3 first-round picks (not the Nets pick next year or the Lakers/Kings pick) and two starters (Crowder being one).
