this Mario Kart multiplayer is some bullshit. green shells are hitting me with insane accuracy when thrown backwards, there are people teleporting during the race, and there are people hitting invisible moles or something because they'll just crash for no reason. finally there have got to be hacks or something because one race three people all went shooting by me immediately after I crashed them all so how did they recoup so quickly? and then to go past me who was already at full speed? so dumb.
and the connections issues, holy shit. I was sitting next to my router and it had issues. I'm going to assume it's other people because they can't be that crap at netcode programming, right?

Every year I try NBA 2K and every year I want to bash my head against the wall when I play the computer. On offense you're stuck in mud and your guys stand around the three point line. On defense you're on roller skates and the computer guys are cutting all over the place. It SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

It has a very convaluted control scheme. MLB The Show comes out at midnight tonight (I didn't pay for the early access weekend) and it'll be nice to turn my brain off with that for a while. I can't imagine real baseball being back before June, so this is all I have for now.
