What do you all think of him, as non-Dolphins fans? Do you think he's a legit league MVP candidate?
It's not the line. Last Sunday we had backups playing on 4/5 of the o-line and Tua still managed to stay (mostly) clean and productive due to his quick release, awareness and decisiveness.96583UP wrote:what a turn of events for him
not long ago he was getting mercilessly crushed in the pocket on every drop back
did he actually improve, the line improve, or the addition of Hill changed the way defenses had to play him?
he looked toast a year or two ago
hard to believe MVP could be appropriate all the sudden
but i dont follow them closely
I do not, no.tree_ wrote:According to stats and my eyes, though they may be biased (I was an avid Tannehill supporter when he was Dolphins' QB), Tua is a top 5 QB in the league because of his elite pocket presence, anticipation, processing speed, release time, and accuracy. Fucking Josh McDaniels. I'm not sure how Denver fans survived him as their head coach. I mean I guess it was only for a few weeks.doug rr wrote:pure joy, Joe..epilogue wrote:You see the Raiders cleaned house? Feels good to watch them crumble...doug rr wrote:broncos about to go on a roll....
Most if not all of the Belichick tree have failed as head coaches. They thrived possible in part due to him but it is looking more and more like Tom Brady covered up a lot of shit, even for ol' Billy B. Brady goes on to win a Super Bowl and one shitty defensive play from being in a second one with another team, meanwhile the Pats are flailing. Not saying Belichick isn't a good coach, but I think that Brady's legacy is improving even after retirement with all of the failure that followed it.epilogue wrote:Fucking Josh McDaniels. Jalen Hurts
Joe Burrow
Lamar Jackson
Those are my top 4 current. I would say number 5 could be Tua, Trevor Lawrence, or Josh Allen on any given Sunday.
