Thinking of going to Patagonia for 12 days in December 2024. Anyone ever been? Is Argentinian or Chilean Patagonia better/preferred?

We're gonna pass through Charleston, SC with a few hours to kill. Any thing interesting to do downtown?

I was going to visit Fr. Sumpter, but it'll cost my family of five $170 to ride the ferry. I don't really give a shit about old forts that much.
