I kinda hate that they get credited with the conversion when something like that occurs. Literally nobody was going for the ball like a backward pass was even possible.

After the replay review, Kirk Herbstreit actually said “give credit to Charbonnet for hustling over to the ball and picking it up in the end zone.” The dude literally strolled over and picked up the ball out of habit. He had not idea it was a live ball.

Great game though.
