Billy's vocals are way better live than I expected.
James Iha has a pretty prominent role and does most of the talking.
Stairway to Heaven works and is very keyboard oriented, a surprising take on it.
Song selection is great and the vaudeville videos work within the show quite well.
Thought the audience was pretty good, not too many cell phones out filming. People just enjoying the music. A lot of big smiles all around.
Very little chemistry on stage. Some between Billy and James and that's about it. Nothing between Billy and the bassist or Jeff Schroeder (the third guitarist).
Overall good show. I think it did a better job highlighting the SP catalogue than it did the current SP band though, mostly due to the lack of chemistry.
Hope to see this show sometime.

I can dig Rhino and Galapogos. You just might be the only person alive with 'Pistol Pete' in their top 10, though.

New single is out and the album is dropping on November.
I like the new song, it’s catchy.

It's an improvement on Solara, but that's not saying much. It's pretty bland and the production is garbage.

I can't believe you you think 'Pistol Pete' is 10x better than 'Mayonaise'. Unforgivable.

Thats a pretty god interview. Talking about Darcy again...Corgan is really difficult, but man Darcy seems impossible.

Cool interview.

"Perfect pop forever" made me think of Pavement's Perfect Sound Forever EP.

Which is kind of ironic because Billy always hated Pavement's mention of SP in Range Life.

Watching the baby mine rendition from the settle webcast.

Man, wtf is corgan doing with that dress. And the song is awful...what a lousy way to close a perfect show.
