Which season? Either way the simple answer is 'no' but I don't know which one you mean.Anders wrote:I heard that David Lynch was forced into making this season. Is that true?

I haven’t watched it at all. I assumed it was a mature teen drama?durdencommatyler wrote:Are you a Riverdale fan?Mecca wrote:Shelly is still incredibly beautiful after 25 years

It is? ... There's something really different about it, though. Especially that first season. It's got a lot of Twin Peaks in it. It's stylized. It's cheesy (but it KNOWS that about itself). It fully utilizes and maximizes the best of its genre and shortcomings in a way that is so satisfying. I goddamn LOVE the show. It's bonkers and absurd and sexy and weird. The cinematography is exquisite. The cast is perfect. It's hokey but it's got heart and vision. Take Gilmore Girls, Twin Peaks, the OG 90210, current pop-culture, noir storytelling, and horror tropes and mix them in a blender then pour it through a CW filter and you get Riverdale. And it's delicious.Mecca wrote:I haven’t watched it at all. And I’m assuming Mädchen is in it for me to fawn over?durdencommatyler wrote:It is? ... There's something really different about it, though. Especially that first season. Right? It's one the most quintessential "Twin Peaks" elements of The Return. Perfection.Mecca wrote:Bobby Briggs being a sheriff now is perfect, because some of the worst dudes I went to high school with ended up becoming law enforcement

Ha no. However, in my old neighborhood I always passed an auto shop that would have fit in that episode and would think about it constantly.Mecca wrote:What prompted it? Someone asking if you’ve got a light?washing machine wrote:I thought about The Return the other day.
