It’s messy. There is a theory that says the Vacancies Reform Act permits Tump to replace Sessions on any matters from which he is recused with any other Senate-confirmed executive branch official. Like Scott Pruitt.

This week has seen the raid on Cohen, Confirmation of Cohen's trip to Prague, Ryan pussing out, the RNC Finance Committee Chairman stepping down and likely
to face criminal charges, Gowdy hs setting his sights on Pruitt, plus all the usual White House in-fighting and leaking. It *seems* apparent that this week is the beginning of the end for Trump, and quite possibly a large swath of the GOP...

But given everything we've seen over the last couple years, i'm still not sure of what to expect.

I'm kinda shocked he didn't can Rosenstein today. I was bracing for it.
