Sometime after Haley’s comments on CBS, the Trump administration notified the Russian Embassy in Washington that the sanctions were not in fact coming, a Russian Foreign Ministry official said Monday.

Haley is one of the worst GOP members for him to butt heads with, because she's already demonstrated a willingness to speak out against him, plus her career is by all accounts still looking very bright.
