Not sure other rape victims or the girl's parents are really on board though.

I was kinda curious how a 15 year old getting some would be so entitled as to demand anal and not take no for an answer, but now it makes sense.

I mean, too late now, but prior restraint seems possibly appropriate if it adversely affects the judicial system. Also, courts tend to be rather jealous of their priviledges.
Prior restraint to avoid embarassing the DOD =/= prior restraint to avoid irreperable harm to a plaintiff's (or defendahnt's*) right to private communication with their counsel.

I hate (and kind of love) how CNN pushes stories with headlines pretty much aimed at pissing Trump off:
