Interesting. Kind of like a "Mandalore is dealing with its' own problems and is staying out of the Empire/Rebellion" situation. That could work.

If Bail has told everyone else that he's dead (which we can guess is true based on this episode) I think it's totally possible he never told Mon Mothma.dimejinky99 wrote:Mothma knows about kenobi as Bail would have told her. She won't find out off Ezra. She's long known where Obi Wan was before this episode happens.

durdencommatyler wrote:I mean it could be anything. I personally would love to see something set between RotJ and TFA. But they'd developed Mandalore so much more over The Clone Wars and now Rebels. I won't be surprised at all to see them take that on in much more detail. And, yeah, I think it could work and be really cool.
Im not sure that time period would work particularly well, given that by then Ezra and Sabine are both quite a bit older, and either the civil war started in Rebels (pre-ANH) would be extending through the entire time of the original trilogy and then some. It might just be better to have it run concurrently to whats going on in ANH, which would free them of even having to have the pointless cameos. This of course only works if Chopper ends up with Ezra post Scariff.jwfocker wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:I mean it could be anything. A mandalore civil war set between RotJ and TFA would be awesome.
Yeah, that would definitely seem to have potential. I suppose if they ever do a Boba Fett flick, they could expand on Mandalore a bit more as well. Although, I think I'd rather have a new cartoon about said civil war over a Fett movie.jwfocker wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:I mean it could be anything. I don't necessarily disagree with this, but between Sabine, Satine, Boba, the black saber, etc.... there could be enough for some sort of mini-series with about 6 episodes.dimejinky99 wrote:Wish I cared about the Mandalorians. They're just the klingons of Star Wars imo.

Man, as a kid I though Boba was the coolest. I tried to hang on to that into my adulthood, but he is just the worst.@SkitchP wrote:darth_vedder wrote:I don't necessarily disagree with this, but between Sabine, Satine, Boba, the black saber, etc.... there could be enough for some sort of mini-series with about 6 episodes.dimejinky99 wrote:Wish I cared about the Mandalorians. Except for the fact Boba is barely a mandalorian. He's a clone of one on a planet that seems to honor lineage quite a bit. Hell, is there anything in canon that has Boba even on Mandalore?

Yeah, I am not much of a fan of Boba either. ROTJ and the SE [insert Boba here] scenes were terrible.E.H. Ruddock wrote:Man, as a kid I though Boba was the coolest. I don't see why a row is the only option, though.dimejinky99 wrote:Then you have a huge row between mon mothma and Bail about why didn't you tell me?durdencommatyler wrote:Maybe, sure. It won't and can't happen like that.

She references him in Rogue One. So she definitely knows. But we don't know how and I don't think they ever need to make that explicit.@SkitchP wrote:Or Hell, does she ever even have to know? Does she ever even find out?
