The implication is that Israel killed so many at the hospital it had to dig mass graves. In the tweet above videos depicting the Palestinians digging mass graves around the hospital in late January and early February, prior to the arrival of Israel soldiers, are posted. This is pretty typical of coverage in the area and why the 72 hour rule should be followed for any news out of Gaza

They also left countless corpses to rot in the rubble. Plenty of footage of that too.
