Here's what I'm thinking:

Both men are incredibly strong, with huge greatswords to match their size. Gregor being a foot taller probably means he is also a bit stronger, but I would wager the Greatjon has a speed and agility advantage. I've watched 7-footers with incredible athleticism, even with a gut. I can't think of a 7 1/2 - 8 footer that isn't a lead footed brute. Umber's ability to withstand Clegane's powerful swings until he tires, and then use that opportunity to go into berserker kill mode is quite feasible.

Eh. I don't know. I didn't even convince myself. I think Greatjon's recklessness is going to be a problem. A fighter needs patience to find a opening against that armor. But Gregor might not be used to dealing with someone who can about match his strength. Reminds me of Barristan telling Dany about how one small slip or the sun in your eyes or a woman's favor could make the difference in a fight. I think if they fight 10 times, Gregor wins 7.
