i think i'm going to make sichuan kung pao chicken (extra spicy). it's easy and not terribly unhealthy.

Solo dad duty tonight. I think I'm going to make a simple chicken and mushroom ramen while my kiddo snacks on some frozen pizza.

I've eaten like crap the last 3 weeks being away so I loaded up on fruits and veggies at Whole Foods this morning so I'll be eating that for a couple of days
