That actually makes good sense to me (even though I can't relate to being fat). I could see how his character would grate on someone who has been mocked with similar behavior, or even just sick of stereotypical and unoriginal fat jokes made into movie heroes. I disagree that Chris Farley was talentless, but at lest I understand where you're coming from. If nothing else, he made being fat kind of cool (or at least took the pre-social media, societal obesity taboo and turned into something positive--making people laugh and love him).

He just did what Belushi did and made it worse. Which really was difficult because Belushi wasn't that great either.

He seemed like he was a bit fatter than Belushi.

Jack Reacher is on the TV. Good movie. I appreciate the lengths to which the filmmakers have gone to make Tom Cruise appear towering.
