no..I ride the stationary bike or do some arm work in the morning when nobody is there..

always hated running even though I did it because we had to...my knees and feet cant take it anymore..I do get my steps in though..my wife and I used to belong to the nyc roadrunners club and did 5-10ks in the park but there's no way I could ever do 26 miles
