yeah, we've been cleaning out the fridge and freezer to get rid of stuff before the big move and a vacation..not sure what's on tonights menu yet

i've been into tinned / canned fish lately. it's incredibly healthy and convenient.

It’s what I’ve been eating for lunch everyday for the past month or so. I’ve discovered mackerel and it’s SO good. I’m rotating between that, sardines and tuna so I don’t get burned out.

Ruddo and Wease: can you recommend any good suggestions/recipes for incorporating it into a full meal (hell, i'll even take it on a cracker)?
