Personally I think it's a good trade for probably both teams given the circumstances, Isiah is 5'9" and scoring 28 a game, that's eye popping to me.
I think they need more though.

Kyrie will probably score 25-28 points a game and Hayward 21-25. Do you really need another 20+ scorer? I think they'll be fine. They did fine last year and only gave up one of their scorers in this trade.
