I made collard greens, black eyed peas, and mac w/cashew sauce for dinner tonight. Took a while but I think I nailed it. Delicious

Fried chicken drums and mashed potatoes. First potatoes I’ve had since the holidays.

i had some pretty tasty homemade mashed potatoes the other week
i think the key was heavy amounts of kerrygold butter in the mix

Roast Chicken roast potatoes sprouts cabbage carrots parsnips Yorkshire puddings cauliflower
And lashings of thick tasty gravy.
