We had cheeseburgers at the bro in law’s last night, so the wife insisted we eat fish tonight. Picked up some flathead from the fishmonger, probably with a sensible side salad.

This is always the risk with BLT's, as you really need the bacon to have some crispiness for the textures of the sandwich to work. Crispy isn't as big an issue if it's on the side with eggs, etc.
